- Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2
- Preference will be given to Biology stream candidates (passed in PCB subjects).
- If candidates from Biology category are not available then candidates from other subject category will be considered for admission in the same caste category.
- Minimum marks of 40 percent for General, Other Backward Class (OBC), Most Backward Class (MBC) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates and 35 percent for Scheduled Caste/Tribe category candidates.

How To Apply Rajasthan GNM Admission Form 2023
- Online application form for admission in GNM training session 2023-24 will be filled from 10.12.2023. Which can be filled through the website. The last date for online application is 25.12.2023 (midnight). Candidates will be able to pay the application fee through e-Mitra/CSC network till 05:00 pm on the last date and online applications can be filled till 05:00 pm.
- The amount of application fee and prescribed fee for filling the online application form will be accepted through e-Mitra and payment gateway (credit/debit card or net banking).
- The candidate will be able to deposit the application fee as per his/her category through e-Mitra. While depositing the application fee, the candidate will write his name, father’s name, caste category, category, date of birth, original residence etc. on a plain paper and submit it on e-Mitra. Obtain the deposit receipt/acknowledgment from the medium through which the application fee is being deposited.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to scan his/her signature at the time of application and upload it at the designated place (as per the specifications given).
- Caste certificate is mandatory to be scanned and uploaded at the time of application (as per given specifications) which will not include the period of work on contract.
- Marksheet or certificate of secondary or equivalent (as recognized by Rajasthan Board) for date of birth is mandatory to be scanned and uploaded at the time of application (as per the given specifications).
- Self attested copy of senior secondary/equivalent mark sheet (as recognized by Rajasthan Board), It is mandatory to be scanned and uploaded at the time of application (as per the given specifications).
- If you are a disabled person, it is mandatory to scan and upload the disability certificate issued by the Medical Board at the time of application. Disability certificate should not be older than three years (as per the specifications given).
- Departmental employee (regular/permanent) who is applying for this training, He will obtain the certificate of 5 years of regular (permanent) services in Form ‘C’ from his controlling officer, get it scanned and upload it along with the application form (as per the given specifications).
- Before uploading the documents, the applicant should personally check the photo, scanned signature and necessary documents (secondary/senior secondary mark sheet) that all the documents are proper and correct. No complaint will be accepted in this regard later.
- Editing will not be allowed after the application form is submitted online. Candidates should especially note that only the details recorded in the receipt for depositing the application fee will be automatically entered in the online application form.
- After filling the application form completely, the applicant should download the print out (hard copy) and keep it safe with him, so that he can present it when asked by the department. The applicant is not required to send any document related to the application to the office offline. No action/consideration will be taken on the documents sent to the office.
- Candidates should keep in mind that after applying online, the application number will be available to them and if the application number is not available then it means that the application form has not been submitted.
- Online application forms can be filled from 10.12.2023 till the last date 25.12.2023 (PM) at 5.00 pm. After this the online link will automatically become inactive (the department will have full right to make changes in special circumstances).
